Thembi Portia Shilenge

Thembi Portia Shilenge, "Crypto Porsche". She is born in Mmakauyane the Village. She's a Chemical Engineering Graduate. She's a trader and Crypto influencer. She's a Network Marketer, Mentor, and Committed leader.

Thembi settled on starting her own business because she was frustrated at her workplace. She said she didn't want to work nine to five waking up with the alarm when she doesn't have her freedom and time. However, all of that uplifted her to work hard towards building her businesses and being her boss.

Thembi is recommending people start their businesses. She said "The best medicine in any business is to show up every day for your business. Consistency is the main key to achieving anything." she added.

Thembi sobriquet fear and doubt differently. She believes that fear is the dream killer. She said as mortals we have fear of what if things don't go well. What if I fail? She said "I have learned to overcome my fear when I started taking risks with investing my money. Once you understand the rewards of risk; you will learn to suppress the fear. However, both don't go together, you will choose one." she summed up.

Thembi is living a healthful lifestyle as an entrepreneur. She said her daily routine is to show up for her business brand. She meditates, reads books, and exercises a lot. Whenever she's done doing that she would start advertising her business and creating leads. "I work every day because I enjoy what I am doing." She added.

Thembi had a great vision. She said In the next five years to come, she must be among the female billionaires in Africa. She said "I want to change as many lives as possible, especially of the young women. I want to create as many female millionaires as possible." she said when her name is mentioned in a room full of people. A lot of people must see hope in the mention of her name.

Thembi had progressed ten times as compared to when she had first started and she made it a norm to always do better than she was previous years. Every year to her is a progressive one. She is one of the biggest brands in Crypto and one of the best network marketers.

Thembi set her business apart from others in her industry because she's leading a huge commitment. She said "If you do it with devotion and you will have the fascination to see people gaining a victory," automatically it folds off. She has constantly believed in a rule that says "If you enable many people to get what they want, then automatically they will get what they need."

Thembi had to market her business on social media platforms when it was brand new. She believes that social media is the greatest platform for any newbie to grow. She said "Strangers are your biggest supporters and clients but you need to be more consistent in it. Always advertise your products and engage with potential supporters."

Thembi says the hardest part of being an entrepreneur is when you encounter rejection and failure. She said "It's not like I don't fail, I do fail a lot; but I never give up and let failure determines me." she put in.

Thembi apprises her favorite part of being an entrepreneur is when you catch your own time and freedom. She has the financial freedom to travel the world and to learn a lot from the world.Thembi lets out that being an entrepreneur allows you to have time and financial freedom. She said entrepreneurship comes with a lot of obligations. However, you should look for ways to improve and grow big; by networking and learning from others. She said "It's a journey. It's a rented success and the rent is due daily."

Thembi articulates that personal development is the most powerful thing before your actual business. She was able to invest in herself, her brand, and her knowledge and by so doing, added value to her savings accounts. She declared social media is the most powerful tool for growing a brand. However, she took advantage of that. 

Thembi speaks out that her biggest learning experiences in running a business are failures and rejections. She affirmed failures and rejections will always be there. Nonetheless, she spoke out we need to make them our greatest motivation to grow big rather than our discouragement. She said "I always turned my pains into a working mode. To push to work harder and get better."

Thembi is looking for personality, confidence, social media influence, and competence when outsourcing or hiring. She says she will never compromise her brand and value.
